The best red oak and sugar maple anywhere. Natural beauty and abundant resources. And lots of land. That's what made my
great grandfather settle here and set up a forest products business. For nearly thirty years, our company made powerful
contributions to Rensselaer County. Literally. Our hydroelectric turbine not only powered our plant, it also supplied
electricity to our entire town and beyond. Today, that innovative spirit continues as we work with the State to develop
renewable energy from our wood waste and sustainably managed forests.
