Please be advised that a public hearing will be held by Rensselaer County Industrial Development Agency on the 7th day of July, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Rensselaer County Industrial Development Agency Conference Room, 333 Broadway, 3rd Floor, in the City of Troy, Rensselaer County, New York in connection with the proposed Second Amendment to Payment in Lieu of Tax Agreement by Mt. Ida Apartments, LLC.
