Please be advised that a public hearing will be held by Rensselaer County Industrial Development Agency on the 8th day of August, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Rensselaer County Industrial Development Agency offices, 333 Broadway. 3rd Floor, City of Troy, New York in connection with a proposed project to be undertaken by 625 7th Ave, LLC project.
